Account Deletion
You can delete your Bura account and data from within the app — no need to contact anyone.
Delete in the app (recommended)
1. Go to the Profile tab
2. Open Settings (top right)
3. Follow Account → Delete Account
4. Confirm — your account closes and deletion begins
If you can't access the app
Write to us from your registered e-mail address; we will verify your identity and start the deletion for you. (Contact address is at the bottom of this page.)
What is deleted, and when?
Your account closes and becomes invisible immediately. Your profile, posts, photos, ratings, follow relationships and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days. This window exists so an accidental request can be undone — sign in again to cancel deletion.
What remains: anonymous venue statistics (e.g. a value already included in an average price) may be kept with all links to your identity removed. Records under legal retention duties (e.g. traffic logs under Turkish Law No. 5651) are kept only for their statutory period.
